Generally, the use of private cars for the transportation of students shall be discouraged.
However, at the express approval of the superintendent or designee, certain staff members may transport students in their own automobiles. Adequate liability coverage for such transportation shall be carried by the employee.
Parents shall not be permitted to use their private cars for the official transportation of students. Exceptions may be made with the approval of the superintendent or designee.
