The board recognizes that a dynamic and efficient staff dedicated to education is necessary to maintain a constantly improving educational program. The board is interested in its personnel as individuals, and it recognizes its responsibilities for promoting the general welfare of the staff.

The board's specific personnel goals are to:

  1. Recruit, select, employ and train highly qualified certificated and classified personnel.
  2. Provide staff compensation and benefits programs sufficient to attract and retain qualified employees.
  3. Provide high quality human relationships to foster maximum staff performance and job satisfaction.
  4. Provide an efficient, technologically updated personnel department for the main purpose of providing quality service and support as needed.
