The length of the school day shall be recommended by the superintendent
and set by the board, and shall be in keeping with state requirements.
The particular opening and closing hours for schools shall be also subject
to board approval. The administration is authorized to make minor changes
in opening and closing times to facilitate the scheduling of transportation;
however, major changes in schedules shall be subject to board approval.
